5.1Ch Speaker Package: The Focal Sib & Cub 3 is a 5.1ch speaker package with five matching satellite speakers and powered subwoofer. Its designed to provide an immersive surround sound experience in rooms of 320 sq/ft to 430 sq/ft.
5 Sib Satellite Speakers: There are five satellite loudspeakers included - Front Left, Front Right, Center, Surround Left, & Surround Right.
Two-Way Design: The Focal Sib satellite loudspeaker employs a two-way speaker design with a 0.75" mylar dome tweeter and 5.125" polyflex midbass driver. An Optimum Phase Crossover blends the loudspeaker's tweeter and midbass driver together perfectly.
Bass Reflex Enclosure: The two drivers are housed in a bass reflex enclosure with a rear-firing port for added efficiency. The enclosure features ABS construction to reduce any unwanted vibration.
Spring-Post Terminals: Each speaker is fitted with a set of mini spring-post terminals.
Mounting Options: An integrated stand/wall-bracket lets you place the satellite speaker on a table-top or mount the speaker to your wall (mounting hardware included). The integrated stand/wall-bracket lets you angle the loudspeaker up & down when table-top or wall-mounted; it also lets you swivel the speaker left or right when wall-mounted.
Cub 3 Powered Sub: The Focal Cub 3 powered subwoofer features a down-firing 8" polyfex woofer powered by a highly efficient, high power 100W RMS / 150W Peak BASH amplifier for deep, dynamic bass. The compact bass-reflex enclosure also features a front-firing Aerodynamic port for optimal performance and is made of MDF for very low vibration and resonance.
Controls: The Focal Cub 3 powered sub offers a rear-panel phase switch (0°/180°) and rotary volume control.
Connections: The Focal Cub 3 features a stereo RCA input with fixed active crossover (120Hz), as well as a LFE input which bypasses the fixed crossover and uses the crossover in your home theater receiver.
Auto On/Off: The unit will automatically power on & off when it senses an audio signal or no audio signal is present.
